Supply Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Review and curate complex submissions
• document decisions in internal and third-party tools
• explain selection decisions to leadership
• evaluate submissions against supply criteria, merchandising standards, and policies
• provide case-specific improvement feedback
• research submissions and local requirements
• analyze opportunities to improve funnel throughput
• identify opportunities to improve onboarding conversion or handle support escalations.
