What you'll do

• Own the job seeker profile and apply flow and related KPIs
• align employer product, matching, trust and safety, engineering, mobile, messaging, legal, and compliance partners
• improve profile accuracy and application conversion
• partner on application quality and delivery to employer systems
• monitor funnel, profile, and retention metrics
• design and evaluate experiments
• conduct job seeker research.
