What you'll do

• Assist clients with hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and transfers as assigned by a Registered Nurse
• help maintain a clean and safe environment

• keep records of personal health-care activities
• observe client appearance and behavioral changes and report them to the Registered Nurse.
