Junior Superintendent — Luxury Custom Homes

The role pairs with a senior superintendent to support luxury custom estate construction and develop toward a full Superintendent position.

What you'll do

• Maintain daily reports, field change order tracking, and as-built documentation
• work with the senior superintendent on look-ahead schedules and crew planning
• develop and track RFIs
• lead safety tailgate meetings and address hazards to OSHA standards
• coordinate inspections, subcontractors, suppliers, and site meetings
• manage punch lists and closeout documentation
• and take on additional superintendent responsibilities as experience grows.
