What you'll do

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and actuals tracking for clinical development projects and trials
• translate project milestones and activities into financial metrics and decision support
• provide budget visibility and communicate financial risks and opportunities
• prepare quarterly management reports, variance analyses, and KPIs
• align forecasts with R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory plans
• monitor trial spending and CRO, site, and vendor contracts
• identify cost optimization opportunities
• prepare senior-management financial reports
• integrate financial components into global project views and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
