What you'll do

• Support teller and platform functions
• process teller transactions accurately and resolve basic customer inquiries
• identify and refer simple sales opportunities while following compliance and operational standards
• use a computer and transaction scanner to process account activity and resolve problems within authority
• answer and direct telephone calls
• perform notary duties after becoming an Indiana Notary Public
• may gather data and process reports, assist with vault opening, closing, or balancing, and prepare routine documents
• maintain files and handle administrative tasks
• comply with bank policies and applicable banking laws and regulations.
