Vice President of Community Management

Job overview

The Vice President of Community Management role is hybrid, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, with office leadership and visits to client communities. The base salary is $150,000–$180,000 per year, with eligibility for a 12% annual bonus. The role will establish Keystone’s Community Management operation as the company expands into North Carolina. The executive leader sets the division’s strategy and operating foundation, guides daily operations, develops staff, and strengthens client relationships. The role connects North Carolina’s client and team needs with companywide priorities while supporting sustainable market growth and service quality.

What you'll do

• Set and execute Community Management strategy across North Carolina
• lead daily workflow and establish service policies and standards
• build the Raleigh operation
• serve as executive contact for key clients
• coach and develop team members
• administer the department budget and monitor performance
• report metrics and risks to executive leadership
• partner across functions on growth, sales, and business development.
