The Cook works onsite in Plymouth, MI, Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, for $18–$19 per hour. The role supports Continental Services’ food service operations by preparing consistent food and providing customer service. The cook prepares food according to recipes and daily menus, maintains quality and sanitation, and engages customers. Consistent preparation and presentation help provide a positive culinary experience and a clean, safe eating environment.

What you'll do

• Ensure food quality, taste, appearance, and portions
• use basic knife and production skills
• read and follow company recipes
• keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitary
• follow daily menus and prep lists
• work independently at an assigned station
• anticipate customer needs and build rapport with repeat customers
• provide a positive experience through engagement and presentation
• suggestively sell add-ons
• communicate with coworkers and customers
• assist with additional assignments as needed.
