What you'll do

• Perform fueling and lubrication of mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and support vehicles.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate equipment status to maintenance and operations teams.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and support mechanics with basic repairs.
• Follow all site-specific underground safety procedures, including ventilation, confined space, and hazardous material protocols.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Demonstrated ability to safely service and maintain heavy mobile equipment in an underground or industrial setting. Working knowledge of lubrication systems, diesel equipment, and preventative maintenance practices. Strong commitment to safety with the ability to follow underground mining regulations and procedures. Ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment while supporting a team. Effective communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to equipment care.
