The Registered Behavior Technician / Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist role is onsite in a client’s home in San Tan Valley, AZ, with sessions scheduled Saturday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and Sunday 3:00–7:00 p.m. Pay is $21–$26 per hour based on experience. BehaviorCare Therapy serves families across Arizona, New Jersey, and North Carolina. The therapist provides one-to-one, play-based ABA support under treatment plans designed by a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The work helps clients build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence while tracking progress and coordinating with supervisors and families.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in the client’s home
• follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• track session progress using a phone or tablet
• coordinate with the BCBA and fellow technicians
• share session feedback with families.
