What you'll do

• Fund approved consumer, mortgage, home equity, and other assigned loans
• process routine loan servicing and maintenance, payments, research, and corrections
• handle paid-loan and collateral documentation
• process daily mail, payments, payoff activity, reports, and transactions
• respond to routine member inquiries
• assist with online and digital banking
• provide Contact Center backup as business needs require
• support assigned insurance, title, escrow, and lien functions
• maintain compliance and accurate records.
