What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health, educational, and environmental needs
• communicate significant changes to the interdisciplinary team
• document assessments and care plans
• identify nursing interventions and carry out medication administration, treatments, and IV fluid administration
• notify physicians promptly using SBARR
• monitor care-plan delivery
• use the QAPI process to address problems
• assist with call lights and activities of daily living
• complete at least 12 hours of nursing-related offerings.
