What you'll do

• The CT Technologist at the Freestanding Emergency Room and Urgent Care Clinic is responsible for performing CT procedures that are in accordance with standards and practice set forth by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology and Hospital Policies and Procedures.
• Optimizes the use of radiation by utilizing the concepts of Image Gently and Image Wisely by the American College of Radiology.
• The CT Technologist demonstrates knowledge of the human structure and functions, patient care/safety, positioning, principles of radiographic sciences, radiation protection, medication safety (contrast) and specialized techniques.
• Maintains professional judgment and conduct that is complimentary of the ARRT Code of Ethics and St.
• David's Healthcare Values.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an American Medical Association approved program in Radiologic Technology

Experience

One year experience performing Computed Tomography procedures is preferred
