Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

The Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Spring Park, MN, with compensation of $30–$45 per hour. The position supports equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. The technician diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electrical issues, performs preventive maintenance, and helps minimize production downtime. The work supports production efficiency through independent maintenance work and collaboration with leadership.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• minimize downtime and support production efficiency
• work independently while collaborating with leadership. Electrical experience is preferred but not required
• a boiler license is highly preferred. Training is on first shift for approximately one month, followed by second shift Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM–11:30 PM, and Friday, 1:30 PM–5:30 PM.
