Certified Medication Technician Caregiver

The Certified Medication Technician Caregiver role is part-time and provides onsite care at clients’ homes in the Odenton, MD area; compensation is $15–$20 per hour. ComForCare’s mission is to help people live at home with comfort, independence, and dignity. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the caregiver provides personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role also supports clients’ daily routines and monitors basic vital signs.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• provide light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals and assist with feeding
• support range-of-motion exercises and ambulation
• provide medication reminders
• check temperature, pulse, and respiration
• follow the written plan of care
• travel to assigned clients’ homes.
