What you'll do

• Define AI and application architecture across programs
• establish modernization roadmaps, reference architectures, standards, and reusable frameworks
• lead design and deployment of Python-based AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG systems, agentic workflows, and APIs
• build full-stack applications and integrate AI into enterprise and legacy systems
• oversee distributed training and the machine learning lifecycle
• optimize models and establish MLOps and CI/CD-to-AI pipelines
• operationalize responsible AI practices and ensure applicable federal security and compliance requirements
• lead modernization and DevSecOps initiatives
• provide technical leadership and mentorship
• support proposals, client engagements, and technical thought leadership.
