The role includes staff supervision, clinical quality oversight, program and budget management, community collaboration, and participation in the 24/7 on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions
• hire, orient, train, and supervise staff
• review clinical documentation and monitor compliance
• oversee budgets, referrals, census, and authorizations
• maintain stakeholder relationships
• participate in and oversee the 24/7 on-call rotation
• maintain a small clinical caseload as needed.

Why this role
