What you'll do

• Manage inbound fleet inquiries and generate new business through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• build relationships with business, municipal, and commercial accounts
• identify customer needs and recommend fleet vehicles
• prepare quotes, bids, and proposals
• maintain CRM records
• coordinate with inventory, service, and upfit teams
• follow up on opportunities
• assist with vehicle deliveries
• track manufacturer incentives and fleet programs
• and support reporting and pipeline management.
