The Senior IT Project and Portfolio Manager role is onsite in Bloomingdale, IL, at the corporate office. Compensation is $121,500–$152,000 per year. The role supports IT project delivery and portfolio governance across Now Foods’ technology organization. This senior individual contributor leads selected cross-functional technology projects and strengthens the IT project and portfolio framework. The position provides portfolio visibility, governance, executive reporting, risk and dependency management, capacity insight, and project management coaching to help IT leaders make informed delivery and prioritization decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead complex IT projects from intake through closure
• coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• manage plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• maintain portfolio dashboards and executive reports
• facilitate portfolio reviews and prioritization
• develop capacity-planning tools
• improve project standards and templates
• coach project owners and technical leads
• support ServiceNow project and portfolio capabilities.
