The Lead Teacher – Early Childhood Education role is onsite in Natick, MA, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $24–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The teacher joins The Learning Experience’s early childhood education team, with classroom placement matched to qualifications and preferred age group. The lead teacher guides a high-quality classroom and supports children’s cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development through developmentally appropriate learning experiences. The role also includes documenting development, collaborating with assistant teachers, communicating with families, and maintaining a safe, organized classroom.

What you'll do

• Lead an early childhood classroom
• plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences and the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• support children’s development
• establish classroom routines and provide guidance
• observe and document development
• guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• communicate with families
• maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
• follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
