Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead or coordinate construction projects, including new facilities, expansions, and renovations
• develop assignments, schedules, and responsibilities
• direct construction personnel and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment
• interact with planning commissions and governing bodies
• coordinate cost estimates, contract negotiations, and remodeling
• lead project and subcontractor meetings
• ensure projects meet schedule, budget, billing, and scope requirements.

Why this role

Requires at least six years of direct building-construction project management experience and five years of supervisory experience in construction or engineering. Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 proficiency is required.
