What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around community grounds
• complete service requests for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment, and vehicles
• repair wall and floor coverings, furniture, and fixtures
• perform basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs
• repair appliances
• paint and refurbish
• work with heating, air, and refrigeration systems
• maintain carpet and hard surfaces
• prepare rooms as assigned.
