The Sales & Design Consultant (Tile, Stone & Flooring) role is onsite in Salem, OR, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation is $22–$32 per hour depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Oregon Tile and Design is a Salem showroom that sells and installs tile, stone, and flooring for homeowners, designers, and builders. The consultant manages showroom leads through a clear decision, helps customers select materials, and develops designer and builder relationships that bring projects to the showroom. The role also maintains the sales pipeline and may measure and estimate in customers’ homes after learning the company’s process.

What you'll do

• Run the showroom
• greet walk-ins, pull samples, and help customers choose tile, stone, and flooring
• contact leads, prepare quotes, and follow up to a decision
• contact past customers
• build relationships with interior designers and builders
• maintain Floorzap and send a weekly pipeline note to the owner
• measure and estimate in customers’ homes after learning the process.
