Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Preventionist (RN/LPN)

The Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Preventionist role is onsite in Hingham, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a weekend on-call rotation every five weeks; compensation is $45–$59 per hour. What you'll do

• Coordinate staff orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education
• ensure regulatory compliance
• oversee infection prevention and control practices
• manage infection surveillance and testing programs
• collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• identify education opportunities
• coach and mentor nursing staff
• and support quality improvement and survey readiness.
