What you'll do

• Complete hands-on, in-store training in operations, systems, sales, and service processes while working alongside experienced managers.
• As the role progresses toward Store Manager, responsibilities include leading daily operations, coaching sales and service recommendations, managing performance metrics, recruiting and developing staff, resolving escalated customer concerns, overseeing inventory and cash controls, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
