What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, opening, closing, and shift transitions
• maintain recipe, beverage-quality, and brand standards
• manage service speed and station readiness
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training with ownership approval
• create schedules
• coach employees and conduct performance reviews
• monitor guest feedback and support local events
• work toward sales, labor, and cost targets
• oversee inventory, ordering, product rotation, cash handling, deposits, and POS reconciliation
• enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety
• provide weekly updates to ownership.
