Demand Planning Lead

The Demand Planning Lead role is onsite in Radnor, PA. Compensation is $100,000–$125,000 per year. The role supports a healthcare organization’s demand planning and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. The lead develops a shared, data-informed view of future demand and improves forecasting, inventory visibility, and planning processes so cross-functional teams can make coordinated business and operational decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead the monthly Demand Review and document assumptions, risks, opportunities, and decisions
• maintain rolling unconstrained forecasts across product families, SKUs, geographies, and channels
• facilitate consensus planning across functions
• analyze forecast accuracy, bias, variability, seasonality, and demand drivers
• develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses
• monitor and reconcile inventory across global sites and systems
• conduct global cycle counts and support corrective actions
• prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and recommendations
• maintain auditable planning data and documentation
• communicate demand changes and impacts to Supply Planning and Operations
• support Supply Review and Executive SIOP meetings
• improve forecasting methods, processes, reporting, systems, and governance.
