The role provides daily living assistance and individualized support while promoting independence, safety, and community participation. It contributes to residents’ well-being by implementing service plans, documenting progress, and communicating with individuals, families, and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• help ensure health and safety, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans and daily supports
• encourage community integration and recreational activities
• drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training and development.
