What you'll do

• Help clients take prescribed medication if needed
• assist with mobility and personal care
• shop for or accompany clients on shopping trips
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• gather information about conditions and treatment plans from care contacts
• report unusual incidents
• respond responsibly in emergencies.
