What you'll do

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives for Medical Affairs
• optimize systems and processes
• establish operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
• collaborate on medical insights
• own review and approval of external-facing materials
• develop guidance documents and SOPs
• coordinate with Clinical Development, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial, Analytics, Compliance, and Regulatory
• and lead annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, vendor strategy, and external-spend management.
