The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), In-Home ABA role is onsite in San Diego, CA, providing services in clients’ homes. Pay is $19–$29 per hour. Blooming Behavior Services provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. The RBT delivers one-to-one services under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, implementing individualized behavior and skill goals and recording progress to support children and families.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one in-home treatment
• implement individualized goals designed by BCBAs
• teach language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills through play
• record objective daily data
• attend weekly check-ins and communicate with the clinical team.
