Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative is an onsite role based in Chicago, IL, offering an estimated annual compensation range of $65,000 to $120,000. This position supports the Orkin Commercial sales team, a mission-driven department dedicated to protecting homes and businesses through industry-leading pest control solutions. This role exists to drive business growth by prospecting new clients and managing assigned leads. The representative will conduct property inspections, provide strategic pest prevention recommendations, and build long-term, trusted relationships with commercial customers to ensure their regulatory compliance and peace of mind.

What you'll do

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to recommend the best innovative overall solution for each customer's needs
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and issues identified
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements.
