What you'll do

• Safely board customers and load luggage
• monitor aircraft movements on the ground
• communicate with pilots, operations, ticket agents, TSA, and local law enforcement as described
• load and unload passengers
• marshal aircraft using hand signals
• know emergency procedures and hazardous-material handling
• use radios
• follow SIDA-area and firearm procedures
• operate ground equipment
• carry out de-icing procedures
• calculate baggage weight
• drive a passenger shuttle bus if applicable to the station
• perform additional assigned duties.
