Banking Center Specialist

The Banking Center Specialist role is onsite in Worcester, MA. The hiring range is $22–$29 per hour. The role supports Country Bank’s Retail Banking team and its customer experience. The role exists to manage customer banking needs from initial request through resolution, while building relationships and supporting customers’ financial goals. It handles account opening and servicing, transactions, and lending applications in accordance with bank procedures and applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and identify financial needs
• explain bank products and digital services
• meet growth and customer satisfaction goals
• manage customer requests and follow-up
• open consumer, business, and retirement accounts
• service accounts and troubleshoot online banking
• process deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks, wires, and foreign currency orders
• balance cash equipment and vaults
• originate and close home equity lines and consumer loans
• open and close banking centers
• participate in staff skill-building, promotions, and community events
• comply with applicable laws and regulations.
