What you'll do

• Oversee daily maintenance, service requests, preventive maintenance, and apartment turns
• assign and track work orders
• perform or assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs
• inspect properties and common areas
• supervise and develop staff
• coordinate vendors
• assist with budgets and inventory
• maintain safety and regulatory compliance
• respond to emergency maintenance situations and participate in an on-call rotation.
