Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Flexible Schedule

Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, serving families in Laurel, Maryland, and nearby parts of Prince George’s County, with remote time for parent training, treatment plans, and notes. Compensation is $90–$100 per hour. Ahead ABA’s in-home team supports families through applied behavior analysis services. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, supervises and coaches Registered Behavior Technicians, trains parents and caregivers, and tracks progress to update goals. This work supports clinical care for clients and helps families participate in treatment.
