What you'll do

• Direct superintendents, foremen, and crews across plumbing, piping, HVAC, and sheet metal
• plan manpower across projects
• coordinate schedules, buyout, prefabrication, and material logistics with project managers
• enforce safety requirements
• manage quality control from fabrication through installation, testing, and commissioning
• coordinate subcontractors and general contractors
• oversee productivity reporting, labor forecasting, and lookahead scheduling
• recruit and develop field supervision.
