The Director / Senior Director, Commercial Contracts and Negotiations role is onsite in Boise, ID. Base salary is $135,000–$200,000 per year, plus an annual incentive targeted at 20% with upside to 30%. The role builds IronSite’s commercial contracting function for its infrastructure security platform. This leader owns inbound contract negotiations from commercial position through close, protecting margins and cash timing while controlling contractual risk. The role also develops master service agreement and service-level agreement templates and establishes commercial terms standards for bids and pursuits.

What you'll do

• Own inbound contracts and negotiate terms with counterparties
• protect margins and improve billing and cash timing
• manage contractual protections for delays, changes, claims, liability, damages, indemnity, and warranties
• build master service agreement and SLA templates
• set commercial terms standards for bids and no-bid decisions
• participate in pursuit reviews
• report outcomes to the CEO.
