What you'll do

• Plan and schedule distribution services, including receiving, storing, shipping, returns, inventory, and administrative work
• participate in hiring
• assist with training, supervision, evaluation, and discipline
• ensure equipment checks and safety procedures
• support timekeeping
• ensure policies are followed
• prepare and retain operational reports and records
• participate in corrective actions and recommend improvements
• address safety concerns
• maintain inventory
• safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
