The target salary range is $45,000–$60,000 per year. The role supports the Enterprise Windows Admin Support Service for the Defense Logistics Agency. The specialist diagnoses and resolves user incidents, installs and maintains hardware and software, supports backup and recovery, and helps sustain DLA print, fax, and OneDrive services. The work also includes user training, issue tracking, and applying information security policies to support reliable government IT services.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents
• analyze work processes and report problem trends
• develop training materials and conduct system training
• maintain problem-tracking databases
• install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software
• perform backup and recovery
• migrate, update, and sustain DLA print and fax solutions and OneDrive
• consult with users
• conduct feasibility and trade-off analyses
• prepare business cases
• apply information security and assurance policies
• may support DLA’s eProcurement system.
