The role coordinates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, educates patients and families, and responds to changes in telemetry and clinical status.

What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for cardiac, neuro, and medical telemetry patients
• monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• administer medications and treatments
• educate patients and families
• monitor telemetry and recognize changes requiring intervention
• collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• promote patient safety and quality care.

Why this role

Requires recent acute care Med-Surg/Telemetry RN experience, an active Florida or approved multistate RN license, current AHA BLS and ACLS, and NIHSS certification within 30 days of hire. Day or night shifts are available with rotating weekends.
