The Director of Memory Care – Senior Living role is onsite at Isle at Raider Ranch in Lubbock, TX. Compensation is $70,000 per year. The director leads the community’s Memory Care neighborhood, supporting residents and families through person-centered care. The director oversees daily operations, resident care, and team development to promote safety, dignity, engagement, and quality of life for people living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other cognitive challenges. The role coordinates with nursing, caregivers, life enrichment, families, and community leadership to maintain quality and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Lead daily Memory Care neighborhood operations
• ensure personalized care that promotes dignity, safety, and quality of life
• supervise, coach, develop, recruit, onboard, and retain team members
• monitor appropriate levels of care
• collaborate with families on resident needs and care plans
• ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance
• monitor budgets, supplies, equipment, and resources
• partner on dementia-focused programming
• conduct resident assessments and oversee care planning and prospective admissions
• lead quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Why this role

Requires an LVN and at least two years of leadership experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Senior Living. Bachelor’s degree and Certified Dementia Practitioner training are preferred.
