The Manufacturing Intern – Sterile Injectable Production role is on-site in York, PA, for the Fall 2026 semester, with potential extension and an immediate start. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The internship supports BioTechnique, a contract development and manufacturing organization providing sterile injectable fill-finish services. The intern assists with routine manufacturing and cleanroom activities while learning to follow GMP and ISO guidelines and applicable FDA and EU standards. The role contributes to compliant production operations through equipment preparation, cleaning, documentation, and support for assigned manufacturing and validation activities.

What you'll do

• Learn and execute manufacturing instructions for equipment preparation, compounding, filtration, formulation, and fill activities
• operate production equipment and complete documentation
• maintain forms, logbooks, and batch records
• participate in room sanitization and cleaning
• follow cleanroom sanitation procedures and wear required PPE
• identify, escalate, and document deviations
• support routine, critical, and validation activities when assigned
• assist with CIP and SIP operations.
