What you'll do

• Train packaging machine operators on the floor and in the classroom
• schedule the Clean, Inspect, Lubricate process
• troubleshoot mechanical problems
• coordinate and monitor multiple bagger operations
• maintain packaging documentation and review operator paperwork
• direct operators toward full equipment startup
• support teamwork, GMP compliance, quality standards, production guidelines, and safety huddles.
