What you'll do

• Prepare and own complex estimates and bids
• analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• estimate labor, materials, transportation, outside services, and indirect costs
• review subcontract and material pricing
• prepare change-order estimates
• lead bid reviews and proposal preparation
• communicate assumptions and issues
• mentor junior estimators.
