Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices
• process payments by check, ACH, and other approved methods
• reconcile vendor statements
• research and resolve invoice, credit, and payment discrepancies
• maintain vendor records and payment documentation
• review invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and approvals
• assist with month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audits
• monitor payment schedules and identify process improvements.
