• set fundraising goals and analyze performance
• build a pipeline of donors and sponsors
• lead partnership discussions and negotiations
• oversee donor engagement and stewardship
• support proposals and donor communications
• ensure grant and funding compliance
• lead and develop development staff, consultants, and volunteers.
