What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction, technical, field operations, and administrative roles
• source and recruit skilled trades and construction personnel
• create and manage job postings
• review resumes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and communicate with applicants
• develop recruiting strategies and maintain candidate pipelines
• coordinate offers, background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment documents
• maintain applicant records
• coordinate onboarding and employee documentation
• maintain confidential personnel records
• support I-9 verification, employee relations, attendance, timekeeping, payroll documentation, training, safety documentation, and compliance
• provide office and operations support.
