Residential Lead Staff — Nephi

What you'll do

• Help maintain individuals’ health
• provide transportation to medical and other appointments
• assist with developing, implementing, and reporting on Person Center Plans
• oversee adherence to Behavior Plans and Supervision Guidelines
• plan weekly menus
• assist with grocery purchases and basic finance skills
• maintain house supplies and records
• train and supervise staff
• track individual progress
• maintain activity calendars
• ensure cleaning charts and nutrition needs are addressed. Must be available to be on call for the home.

Why this role
