What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• advise business, product, technology, marketing, HR, and executive teams
• counsel on privacy, consumer protection, digital marketing, and regulatory compliance
• monitor legal developments and translate them into business guidance
• review consumer-facing experiences
• support litigation, investigations, corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, and operational matters
• conduct due diligence
• manage legal processes and vendors
• use legal technology and AI workflows with appropriate safeguards.
